How to use:

Since ancient times capsaicin has been used to relieve joint pain due to arthritis and other painful musculoskeletal conditions. It is considered effective even for deep joints, such as the back, hips, and shoulders. In addition, it helps soothe varicose veins. Apply lotion on the excess fat carrying joints; it reduces joint pain as well.

 

Warning:

 

Capsaicin/Escin is taken from chili peppers. When applied to the skin, capsaicin creates a warm tingling or mild warming sensation. Some people find this sensation uncomfortable.

 

Do not apply the cream on the wounded, damaged, freshly shaved skin- it stings!

 

Wash your hands with soap thoroughly after use. Do not apply lotion or rub your hands on your eyes, mouth, nose, and other delicate areas. If lotion incidentally contacts eyes, wash them with a copious amount of water and pat dry. If burning persists, please contact your physician.

 

Wear underwear while applying lotion on the inner thighs to protect the delicate area.

 

You should avoid applying lotion before a shower or a workout. Any area of skin with capsaicin on it can feel a more intense heating sensation if they come into contact with hot water. Keep lotion away from children. Don't allow children to touch any areas where you've applied capsaicin if they rub their eyes or nose afterward.
